How to produce frosted glass using chemical methods？

(1) Cleaning and drying: mainly used to clean the flat glass that produces frosted glass with water, remove dust and stains, and then dry it;

(2) Lifting: Place the cleaned and dried flat glass onto the lifting frame, and the part of the lifting frame in contact with the glass is supported by a toothed rubber bracket, arranged vertically. The glass is placed at a certain distance from each other and lifted by a crane;

(3) Corrosion: Use a crane to immerse the flat glass together with the lifting frame into the corrosion box, and use conventional corrosive solution to immerse the glass. The corrosion time is 5-10 minutes. After lifting with a crane, pour off the residual liquid;

(4) Softening: After removing the residual liquid, a layer of residue adheres to the frosted glass and is placed in a softening box for softening. The glass is immersed in a conventional softening solution for 1-2 minutes to remove the residue;

(5) Cleaning: Due to corrosion and softening, frosted glass contains many chemicals, so it is necessary to clean it. The frosted U-shaped glass design places the glass on the slide of the washing machine, which drives the frosted glass into the washing machine. The washing machine sprays clean water while rotating the brush. When the frosted glass is taken out of the washing machine slide, the frosted glass is cleaned;

(6) After cleaning, the frosted glass is placed in a drying room to dry, resulting in single-sided or double-sided frosted glass.

The rough surface of frosted glass causes diffuse reflection and transmission of light, but does not pass through. After being reflected by frosted glass, the light is emitted in all directions (because the frosted glass surface is not a smooth plane, it causes diffuse reflection), and when refracted onto the retina, it becomes an incomplete image, making it impossible to see what is behind the glass. It can make indoor lighting soft and not glaring.
