Cleaning Methods for Art Glass

1. Carved Glass: Carved glass is crafted through techniques such as ice carving, sandblasting, and water cutting. This type of artistic glass features an uneven surface, which tends to accumulate dust over time. To clean such carved glass, use a soft cloth with water. However, avoid using acidic cleaning agents, as they can damage the glass.

2. Colored Crystal Glass: Colored crystal glass is adhered to the surface of the glass using AB adhesive, making it prone to detachment. Therefore, when cleaning, it is essential to apply appropriate force. Begin by gently wiping with a dry, soft cloth, and avoid using any substances that may dissolve the adhesive during the cleaning process.

3. Insulated Glass: The insulated glass partition is made of two layers of glass. The exterior of the glass differs from ordinary tempered glass, so it can be cleaned using the same method as regular glass. However, it is important to note that hard objects should not be used to touch the glass surface to avoid scratches.

4. Colored Glass: Colored glass is typically produced by applying specialized glass paint, so it is not advisable to use cleaning agents containing chlorine, as they can easily damage the color layer. Additionally, harsh scrubbing with tools like steel wool should be avoided to prevent scratching off the paint.
