1. Functional features
The glass beveling machine is the most commonly used equipment in glass deep processing, suitable for grinding straight bevels of flat glass of different sizes and thicknesses. It is equipped with two rounds of rough grinding, four rounds of fine grinding, two rounds of pneumatic polishing for beveling, and one round of fine grinding for the bottom edge. The entire beveling and bottom edge are processed in one go through rough grinding, fine grinding, and polishing. The machine transmission adopts a continuously variable speed motor for speed regulation, which can adjust the processing speed arbitrarily within the approved range. The transmission adjustment range is large and the speed is stable. The glass beveling machine is easy to operate, with good grinding quality and high processing accuracy, and is highly welcomed by users.
2. Choose the installation location
(1) The installation location of the machine must be paved with cement, sand, concrete, and flat ground of 150mm or more.
(2) The glass beveling machine should be placed around the factory as much as possible, as the machine often needs to replace the cooling water, so the convenience of water supply and drainage must be considered. If possible, it is best to leave a long water tank behind the machine (next to the wall) to circulate water.
(3) Leave a passage around the glass beveling machine for easy operation and maintenance.
(4) The machine cannot be used in harsh environments such as humidity, high temperature, acid (gas) corrosion, etc.
3. Repair and maintenance
The maintenance and upkeep of the glass beveling machine directly affect its service life. If the lubrication system cannot be lubricated and operated with lubricating oil in a timely manner, it will accelerate the wear of machine parts, inevitably affect the accuracy of the machine, accelerate machine damage, and reduce machining and grinding quality.
Specific maintenance measures can include the following:
When cleaning equipment, remove debris unrelated to production, preferably once a day.
2. Replace the circulating water to prevent glass powder from blocking the water pump and pipes.
3. The chain, gear, and screw of the glass beveling machine should be regularly lubricated with oil.
