The glass washing machine is a special equipment for cleaning and drying the glass surface in the pre-processes of deep processing technology such as mirror making, vacuum coating, tempering, hot bending, and hollow glass. The glass washing machine is mainly composed of transmission system, brushing, clean water washing, pure water washing, cold and hot air drying, electric control system, etc. According to user needs, medium and large glass washing machines are also equipped with manual (pneumatic) glass turning trolley and inspection light source systems. It has the ability not to be underestimated in cleaning applications, but things often have two sides. It will also be affected by some internal or external environments, which affect the normal processing quality. Although there are many factors that affect the processing quality of glass washing machines, the main ones are as follows:
1.The conveying speed is too fast. If the conveying speed is too fast, the glass will not be scrubbed together. There will still be stains on the glass surface. If the drying time is too short, the water stains on the glass surface will not be basically absorbed. Therefore, the conveying speed of the glass washing machine should be appropriately reduced;
2.The washing water is too dirty. If the washing water of the glass washing machine is not replaced in time or the water tank is not cleaned up, white spots will appear on the surface of the glass. To avoid this situation, the washing water should be replaced and the water tank cleaned in time;
3. The hardness of the water is too high. Affected by the water source, the water contains more minerals that are insoluble in water. After the glass is dried, fine white crystals will be formed on the surface, and foam may sometimes be seen in the water tank. Therefore, a sand core filter should be installed at the water inlet, and the washing water can be changed to ionized water under conditions.
